About Us

This business was founded on July 18, 2021 by Savanna Hampton. She was inspired by many of the amazing businesses on the Bloxburg-Instagram community, and knew immediately she would want to have her own. Makeup has always had an impact on Savanna’s life since she works as a model and blogger, and always needs to wear makeup at photoshoots. So when she was given the question of what to make her business for, she immediately knew makeup would be the choice.

We know what it’s like to deal with makeup that leaves your skin dry, irritated, and covered with acne. That’s why at papillon bleu, we pledge to NEVER use harsh chemicals, ingredients, or dyes in our products. Nature is important to us, and to our Earth. That’s why we NEVER test our products on animals or wildlife, to ensure nature stays happy and healthy for us, and for the animals who live there. Our love for the Earth and nature is also why we choose to only make our products using VEGAN  and NON-GMO ingredients. This way you can enjoy our products without worry of hurting the earth!
